The city of Swansea is situated on the edge of Swansea bay, a 5 mile sweep of sands from the Marina to Mumbles.

The Gower peninsular, just a few miles away, is Britain's first area of outstanding natural beauty and some of it's beaches, particulary Rhossili and Three Cliff's have featured on national television programmes as being amongst the most beautiful areas in the country.

At Windsor Lodge hotel we are 2 minutes walk into the city centre and just a few minutes from the Dylan Thoms centre, Swansea metropolitan university, Glynn Vivian art gallery, Swansea Museum, Grand Theatre, city centre shopping complex and the market full of local produce. There are many places to eat, drink and relax of an evening, just a short stroll from the hotel.

A few minutes drive or taxi ride takes you to the university of Swansea, Liberty Stadium, Cwmdonkin, Singleton and Brynmill parks and Singleton Hosipital. Morriston Hospital is a 15 minute drive from the hotel.
We are an hours train journey to the Centre of Cardiff.
